Track your order

After you order

When you pay, we email you to confirm we have received your order. Our gift sets are made to order, so please allow 10 to 15 business days from payment until your order arrives, depending on stock availability. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking your parcel

When your order is on its way, we email you the tracking details. Use the link in that email to follow your parcel with the courier.

Running late?

If your order has not arrived within the time above, please contact us through our contact page with your order number, and we will find out where it is and keep you updated.
