Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses anywhere in South Africa, by courier. We do not deliver outside South Africa at this time.

Made to order: how long it takes

Our gifts and baskets are sourced and put together after you order. Please allow 10 to 15 business days from the day your payment is confirmed until your order arrives, depending on stock availability. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Some items for a basket may reach us separately. We pack and send your order once everything has arrived.

What delivery costs

Delivery is a flat rate of R120 anywhere in South Africa. Delivery is free on orders over R1,500. The total, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

When your order is on its way, we email you the tracking details.

Please check your details

Make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, so the courier can reach you. If you need to change anything after ordering, contact us as soon as you can through our contact page.

If your order is late or we cannot supply it

If we think your order will be late, we will contact you. If it has not arrived within the time shown above, please contact us and we will help. If we cannot supply your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Sending a gift to someone else

Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and add a gift message, so they know who it is from.
